DISAINIturul osalemistingimused:
Pakume kahte tüüpi müügipindasid.
Müügipind 1: 1,8 x 1,8 m koos tooli ja/või lauaga
Müügipind 2: 1,8 x 1,8 m tühi
Registreerimine kuni 20/10/2025
Müügipinna hind: 30€
Hind sisaldab osalustasu, koharenti, reklaami, üldkorraldust ja -valgustust. Müügipind on garanteeritud peale õigeaegset makselaekumist.
Valgus ja elekter:
Valguse puhul palume arvestada, et olemas on üldvalgus. Oma toodete veel paremaks väljavalgustamiseks tuleks tuua oma valgusti(d). Vajadusel tagame müügipinna juurde ühe elektripistiku. Täiendavad pikendusjuhtmed tuleb osalejatel endil kaasa tuua. Suure tarbimisega seadmete kasutamine tuleb kooskõlastada eelnevalt korraldajaga.
Toolid ja lauad:
Müügikoha väljanägemise eest vastutab iga disainer ise. Korraldaja poolt on võimalik endale ette tellida laud ja/või tool. Võimalus on rentida ka tühi pind ja see ise meelepäraselt oma invetariga kujundada.
Kuna osalejate arv on piiratud teeb lõpliku valiku registreerunute seast korraldusnaiskond. Osalejate nimekiri avaldatakse pärnu DISAINI päeva kodulehel ja Facebookis. Kõikidele osalejatele saadetakse oktoobri lõpus ankeeti märgitud e-mailile osalemiskinnitus ja arve, mis tuleb tasuda õigeaegselt. Kui osaleja arvet õigeaegselt ei tasu, on korraldajal õigus tema osalemine tühistada.

Participation terms of DESIGN market:
We offer two types of stands.
Stand 1: 1,8 x 1,8 m with chair & table
Stand 2: 1,8 x 1,8 m empty
Registration till 20/10/2025
Stand price: 30€
The fee includes participation fee, stand space rent, marketing, general organization and lighting. The stand is guaranteed by the invoice paid on time.
Lighting and electricity:
Please consider that there will be general lighting at the venue. You should bring your own light to highlight your products even better. We can arrange one power outlet for each stand. Additional extension cords must be brought by the participants themselves. The use of devices with high consumption must be coordinated with the organizer in advance.
Chairs and tables:
Each designer is responsible for the appearance of the sales point. It is possible to pre-order a table and/or chair from the organizer. It is also possible to rent an empty space and design it how you like.
As the space is limited, the number of participants are also limited and will be chosen by the organizer. We publish the list of participants on the festivals webpage and Facebook page. Each participant will be sent a confirmation and an invoice on the e-mail address written in the application, on the end of October. The invoice must be paid on time. If not, the organizer has the right to annul the participation.
